Welcome to our guide on how to use electricity recharge and recharge your electricity meter. Follow the steps below to successfully carry out the recharge:

Go to your meter

First, make sure your keypad is properly connected to your meter. To do this, follow the procedure below:



Plug your keypad into an electrical outlet, preferably as close as possible to the meter.
Wait about 2 minutes to allow the display of the messages "CONNECT" and then "SUCCESS".

How to recharge your electricity credit?

Once your keypad is properly connected, follow these steps to recharge your electricity credit:

Enter the 20-digit code (electricity credit) mentioned on your receipt.
Press the "Enter" key, which is below the number 9.
The screen will display the amount of energy in kWh (kilowatt-hours).

If you see the indication "SUCCESS" or "ACCEPTED" on the screen, it means that the recharge was successful.
In case of loading failure:
If you see the indication "REJECT" or "FAILED" on your screen, it means that the recharge operation has failed.
